Outlook SMS

Outlook SMS is a small application that integrates with both Microsoft Outlook & Excel. This application allows you to send SMS' from your computer to customers, clients, staff, etc.

How does Outlook SMS work?

	Each user receives a link where they can download the Outlook SMS plug-in with a code activating the software.
	After installing the plug-in, you will find extra buttons added to your Microsoft Outlook client as well Microsoft Excel's toolbar.
	By clicking on the SMS button a you can type your message & recipients in the new SMS window, much like a new email.
	After your message is complete you click on the send button and the message is delivered to the selected recipients.
	Sent messages are stored in "Sent Items".
	Reply SMS' from recipients are delivered directly to your inbox.
	Reminders - You can set Outlook SMS to send reminders from your calendar in Microsoft Outlook as they pop-up to your cell phone while you are out of office.

How to use Outlook SMS in Excel?

	You can specify cell phone numbers in the first column with a message in the second.
	After selecting the numbers of the recipients along with the message you can click on the SMS button. All the recipients are added in the "To" field and the message in the "Body". Click on the Send button and your SMS will be delivered to all the selected recipients.
	Customisation - You can use Excel so that each recipient gets a unique message without having to type each message manually.
